Better Internet access
There are times, especially during Summit that it is important for delegates or even good for the program to have decent Internet access. Last year, there was theoretically wifi but literally nothing worked. If it is impractical to offer this, here are some suggestions
Wifi " hotspot" in maybe just the lobby
Use of portable "mifi" devices
Designated Internet hours

There should be enough bandwidth for everyone to do their research this year. We will probably tweak the way we handle internet and how we allocate bandwidth.
Thanks for letting us know there was an issue for some people last year – we’ll keep an eye out on it!

Bigger research center
The research center was soooooo crowded last year. We should have more space and more computers. Also, I'm not sure if we had this last year, but printing would also be a good thing to have.

Summit Food Line Sanitation (PER Dean Steve)
Need enough hand sanitizer to be available to all Ambassadors, Advisors, and Staff at the food line. Need at least two stations and one extra for back up.

Applicants for any office should submit photo
If applicants were to be required to submit photo with application, we would not have so many "photo not available" comments during our slide show and it would make the presentation that much better!!

Hotel cafe was extended until 7:00pm this year. Seemed like the delegates and advisors took advantage of the additional time!

Alter officer application to include alternate consideration for appointed office
We should include a check box saying "If not elected, consider me for an alternative position"

We should make the officer's titles easier to understand
We alter leadership naming conventions to be consistent with their respective duties to enhance understanding of officer duties. The current hodgepodge of titles, especially in the Secretary-General's cabinet is hard for the ambassadors to know.
