Change Officer Candidates campaign limit to be $100.00 (including donations)
Currently SecGen Candidates can have $150.00 money spent and $75.00 in donations for a total of $225.00. Elected officers have a maximum of $75.00 in money spent and $75.00 in donations. That is too much for a middle school program. We should limit total campaign contribution for all officers to be $100.00 (inclusive of all donated and paid for goods) based on fair market value or substantiated receipts.

Even though I don't come form one of those super rich delegations with custom sweaters, tuxedos, and backpacks, I don't think this is a good idea. There are so many people to campaign to, unless you are in SC,ICJ,IPC. If delegates can't find the money to buy stuff, they can fundraise a little, people will probably give $15 each to promote teen civic engagement, 10 of those donors and to have your money. I do agree that donated goods should not be separately accounted for, because getting donated money and then spending it yourself on materials is equally valid.
