1. Double Voting for SecGen

   This year, over 60% of delegates had a candidate in their delegation, and about 20% more have a candidate in an affiliated delegation. For a candidate to win from an 8 person delegation, they would have to get 50% of the votes not tied to a delegation or coalition. (Source:"Who's Voted" on vote.liveyg.com)The two largest delegations had their candidates go to the final round. If we required each delegate to vote for 2 different candidates, then more "open" votes would be unlocked and delegation voting could still happen but it would be less of a problem. This would also make campaigning more real, since often now candidates go to other delegations with a candidate, and their time and stuff is essentially stolen. For this to work, we would need to limit to one candidate per coalition, since otherwise East/West valley and Downtown/West Oakland would just vote for each other and we would have the same problem again. Alternatively, we could have two top level elected positions, and each delegation could only run for one or the other. That would also open up some votes that aren't tied to a delegation. also, we need to make sure that advisors don't force delegates to vote for their candidate, as some of them did this year. FYI, I'm not exactly from a small delegation but we aren't one of the 2 largest so it doesn't matter right now.

2. At Summit they should show every IPC video at the closing joint session.

   When IPC makes 2 minute videos about the topic the group researched, they should show all the videos instead of just two videos that the Editor-in-Chief choses!
