Incentives for candidates to visit small delegations and party reform.
Give candidates more money to spend, or not charge them to go to small delegations, so logistically it will actually be worth it to visit small delegations.....OR(and/or).... reorganize the party system and make parties endorse candidates for all positions, not only gov and sec of state; then give them money for the amount of small delegations their candidates visit. And also points for all of their candidates who win and bills they endorse that pass, expanding the party system through the program and make it model a true linkage institution.

The idea of money is complicated when it comes to political parties and actual campaings. Actualy campaings have a real dollar amount limit. While I agree, we should look into the idea of lowering the price to visit smaller delegations, 5 of th last 10 governors came from small delegations. I like the idea of political parties endorsing more candidates, but some officials are elected before the parties are announced. It would require a fundamentla shift in the elections timeline which would be very difficult.

I agree. Coming from NCDM where 135 delegates call home, we get almost every candidate. However, the smaller delegations have a huge influence over the tipping of the election. If smaller delegations of under 30 were free to visit, they wouldn't feel the need t get to know every candidate in one day, and be able to listen and understand what they stand for and who they are. It will have a lot of influences on the elections.

Party reform has long since been a very hot topic, with everyone thinking the better solution is to limit the power of parties as opposed to strengthen the system as a whole. With candidates from all positions being nominated, a lot more delegations truly get involved in parties as opposed to having weird, inner-party votes where the candidate with the biggest delegation has an unfair advantage and the party closest to the barracks tends to get the 2nd most constituents, un affiliated getting the most....
And yea, more campaign allowance -

What are some of the benefits with more party endorsements?
And in terms of money, would it mean more allowance for campaign?
