court awareness
I've been told that people overlook court due to its difficulty and lack of reward. I just went to NJC without ever doing court, and it's truly an easy concept to grasp. I believe if we promote court and show how it can be simple and the feeling you get when you win your case is as fulfilling as passing your bill or NIC proposal. If during BOB 1 when people are choosing program areas and going to intro meetings regarding these program areas, try to spark an interest in them before they split up into these sections to influence them to consider the court section rather than the over populated legislature.

Austin,
I wonder how much of this is an actual lack of awareness vs. a perceived one, because all of our Court programs tend to fill up rather quickly. I think this might be a case where on the front end (promotion of the programs) we're doing okay. It's the wrap-up at the end we need to work on. In most of the programs, delegates can point at something and say, "See that? WE did that." Whereas, the Courts don't really have something physical at the end of the year they can point at. Your thoughts?
