MLC Interns are separated into 1st, 2nd and 3rd years. The 1st year interns help out in the Forum program as committee advisors and help their committee develop legislation. 1st years are selected by an application process. 2nd year interns assist MLC staff in the various program areas. 2nd year interns are selected via application from the 1st years and 2nd years. 3rd year interns are hand picked and work with staff to help run the intern program.
