Q: When are rosters due?

A: Rosters are generally due approximately one month prior to the conference in question, so that we can make arrangements for food/housing. Please check the our calendar located in the Download Forms section of our website

Q: Can I make changes to my roster?

A: Yes. Changes can be made to your roster via e-mail up to a week prior to the conference they are for. Any changes that need to be made to the roster after that can usually be made at check-in. 

Q: How do rosters relate to my invoice?

A: The Monday following the due date for rosters, we generate invoices based on the submitted rosters. Delegations are financially responsible for everyone listed on their rosters as of the deadline for roster submission.
