Delegate/Ambassador’s can freely switch roles (as long as you have the spaces available according to the distribution formula) until the end of check-in (T&E II for MLC and the MUN Training Conference for MUN). After that point, you would need approval from the lead staff of the program area you would like to switch your delegate/ambassador to. However, once we get to the Summit or the MLC, it is too late to switch roles.
